What the fictional labor terms cover, and what to ask before work starts.
These are authored policies for a fictional demo. Nothing here starts a warranty claim.
Repair and installation labor
Repair labor is covered for 12 months from completion, for that repair. Installation labor is covered for 24 months from replacement completion.
Ask the office to review an issue with the job reference and a description. The office would inspect whether it comes from our work and correct covered workmanship without a labor charge. Review is not instant approval.
What is excluded
Unrelated faults, altered work, external damage and consumable replacement are excluded. Statutory rights remain.
Manufacturer parts coverage
The actual proposal must state the parts coverage, registration requirements and exclusions. No manufacturer or parts-year promise is made here.
Home warranties
A home warranty is separate from our workmanship terms. Ask your provider who can authorize work, what it covers and what you would owe before arranging an independent visit. We cannot approve its claim.
