Where we work.

Four parts of Phoenix, from our yard on East Harrison Street and three small van depots. Elsewhere, including Tempe and Scottsdale, we confirm coverage before anything is arranged.

A quiet Phoenix-style street is lined with single-story homes and citrus trees.

Every address here is invented, on a real street.

The four areas

  1. Central Phoenix

Around downtown and along Central Avenue, including historic districts such as Willo and Coronado.

Many homes date from the 1920s to the 1950s, so ducts and air handlers often sit in tight attics or closets added later.

What we plan for. We plan attic access and older wiring checks into the visit, and write up any duct work separately.

  2. Arcadia (Phoenix)

Below the south side of Camelback Mountain, the part of Arcadia inside the City of Phoenix.

Large lots with citrus trees and mid-century ranch homes, many with flood irrigation and equipment behind gates.

What we plan for. Tell us about gates, dogs and irrigation days in the access note so the technician can reach the unit dry.

  3. Sunnyslope

North Phoenix around Dunlap Avenue and Central Avenue, below North Mountain and Sunnyslope Mountain.

Mid-century block homes beside newer infill, with a mix of rooftop packaged units and ground splits.

What we plan for. Rooftop jobs include a roof-access check before the day. We never ask you to climb up and look.

  4. South Mountain Village

South of the Salt River, up to the edge of South Mountain Park and Preserve.

Ranch homes from several decades, many on larger lots, with ground-level splits and some packaged units.

What we plan for. Visits follow the same windows as the rest of our area. The office confirms each one.
